The trainings, workshops, and campaigns done with and by the Digital Didis’ is to mobilize their communities/villages to help foster a positive perspective and understanding on the Menstrual Hygiene phenomenon. The mobilization on the individual and community level is the backbone of the program, as it is ensuring that the Menstruation is not a phenomenon which should be censored to the extent where the bearers are made sufferers by the attitude of the society. The need for ‘Social Change’, is what culminated this program, and took it to the communities/villages among the people who have been in constant denial despite knowing the importance of it. The mobilization part is to de-shackle the web that has been spun around and the Digital Didis’ here are the detangling tool that has been deployed through the program.
